Medium-sized laser with a working surface of 1030 x 630 mm and with a CeramiCore laser tube with a power of 60W from Iradion. A cheaper variant of the Speedy 400 machine, but it contains new electronics as in the new Speedy 400. It enables precise engraving and cutting of materials such as acrylic, wood, textiles and paper.

Maximum cutting speed with the highest quality – that’s what motion control means with OptiMotion – innovative motion planning from Trotec. Cutting speed and acceleration are automatically calculated and optimized in real time based on the geometry. Result: Saves time when creating laser files and determining parameters, high curve quality and maximum material throughput. The Q400 is up to eight times faster when cutting than comparable laser machines on the market.
Maximum productivity
The Q400 is equipped with basic Trotec technology, which has been tried and tested for decades. Q400 provides the best engraving up to 4 pt font size with sharp details at speeds of up to 2 m/s.

Basic set-up
Dust-free optics at all times
All optics are air-flushed. Compressed air is supplied to the corresponding lens or mirror. Dust or gases can therefore not stick to and soil the optics. Maintenance-free work and a long service life are thus guaranteed. Find more
This robust universal cutting table features extremely stable combs and a long service life. This is particularly suitable for cutting parts smaller than 100 mm as these parts remain flat after cutting. Compared to the cutting table, this black cutting grid has more support points. Find more

The cutting table with aluminum slats is mainly used for cutting thicker materials (from 8mm thick) and for parts wider than 100mm. By replacing aluminum slats with acrylic, acrylic can be cut without reflection. Depending on the task, some slats can be removed individually to reduce the number of support points of the material.
