As the name suggests, the SpeedMarker 1600 is an even wider laser workstation. This extra width leads to a total working area of ​​1,300 × 450 mm. This wide workstation is ideal for laser marking of very wide components, such as tubes or profiles, or large batches in containers. This laser workstation is also used in fire-resistant homes. All this with a laser cover in the 2nd laser safety class. Large doors allow easy and comfortable handling of objects up to 1250 mm long. High flexibility thanks to software-controlled Z, X and Y axes. Thanks to the segmentation of the axis system, work surfaces up to 1300 x 450 mm are possible. For faster and even more ergonomic handling of parts, the SpeedMarker 1600 is equipped with an automatic door and a sliding door.

High speed and maximum accuracy.

The basis of the SpeedMarker 1600 is a maintenance-free fiber laser SpeedMarker FL, which marks at a speed of up to 800 CPS (1 mm single-stroke letters per second). What does this mean for you? High performance and maximum productivity. The fiber laser is the perfect tool for marking metals and plastics in clearly legible 1-point font. Optional rotating laser head (5th axis) for marking components at different angles.

Perfect interaction.

The SpeedMarker 1600 is controlled by a tailor-made SpeedMark program. It can communicate with superior programs, such as SAP, databases or other external information systems. Integration into existing systems is very easy thanks to the I/O interface. Your operator can control the device independently using direct commands or prepare the entire workflow after a short training session. SpeedMark can generate both 1D and 2D codes or control optional accessories such as a rotary unit. If it is necessary to mark on a large area, SpeedMark allows the so-called segmentation, ie the division of the work area into parts and each mark separately. By setting user rights for individual user groups, you can adapt the user interface to individual operators.

Basic set-up

Aligning the work material is easy and quick thanks to the installed laser pointer. It accurately indicates the marking as well as edges and bores on the workpiece. This function makes material handling easier and will save you time during work preparation.
