The SpeedMarker 1350 is designed for marking large, tall and heavy parts, as well as a large number of small parts – all with a laser with a cover in laser safety class 2. The wide and high doors allow easy and comfortable handling of objects up to 1230 mm long. Heavy parts can be easily placed on the optional retractable Y-table. High flexibility thanks to software-controlled Z, X and Y axes.

High-speed and ultimate precision

Core of the system is a maintenance free and air-cooled SpeedMarker fiber laser, which achieves marking speeds up to 800 cps. What does this mean for you? High throughput and maximum productivity. The fiber laser is the perfetct tool to laser mark metals and many plastics with clearly legible character sitzes of 1 pt. ​

Perfect interaction

Control the system via the tailor-made software package SpeedMark, which is able to communicate with SAP, data bases or other external IT systems. Without any problems, integration in every workflow is possible thanks to its digital I/Os. Your operators will work independently with direct commands or program complete workflows after a short training. SpeedMark is able to generate datamatrix codes or barcodes and to control accessoires like the rotary engraving unit. If you use optional axes, the segmentation happens also via the software. Assign various user rights groups and customize different user interfaces for your operators.

Basic set-up

The focus finder makes focusing the laser considerably easier. With a second pilot laser, you can accurately determine the correct working distance without any tools. You thus ensure precise laser marking and save time during work preparation.
