Function Description of scanner head:

Every scanner head has an inlet opening into which the laser beam is coming and an outlet opening with a lens (exit lens) from which the laser beam exits. Within the head are two deflection units (galvanometers) which by using mirrors are used to deflect the laser beam in X and Y axis. This creates a two-dimensional surface which allows the laser was focused at any position known as the “marking field”.

Thanks to the continuous trend of reducing electronics engineers were able to create a completely new design and reduce the size of the head. The head consists of two shells which makes it completely dust-proof and ideal for operation in harsh industrial environments. The head can be controlled by analog or digital standard protocol XY-100 which ensures its absolute compatibility. For the monitoring of the process, it is possible to connect the scanner head MINISCAN special adapter with the camera.
