The SpeedMarker 700 is designed for continuous industrial operation. It is used in industries for part marking such as machine construction, automotive industry or medical engineering. The core of the system is a high-speed fiber laser which marks with speeds up to 640 characters per second. It is the perfect tool for marking of metals and many plastics guaranteeing shortest cycle times and highest productivity.
The SpeedMarker 700 can be equipped with a CO2 marking head upon request for organic materials like stone, paper, glass and textiles.
Maintenance-free
The laser is maintenance free and air cooled which ensures a long machine life with minimal maintenance costs. Due to a robust housing made of sheet steel that already integrates PC and laser rack, it can be used in demanding environments.
SpeedMark laser software
The SpeedMarker 700 is delivered with a pre-installed version of the software package SpeedMark. It enables the user after a short training to either operate te machine via direct commands or with fully automated marking processes that can be set up easily without any special programming knowledge.
Optional rotating table
If you want to increase your throughput even more, you can order your SpeedMarker 700 system with a rotating table. It can be already loaded while the marking is running inside the machine.
Ergonomic operation
A spacious motorized lift door lets your employees work ergonomically and efficient. The working area is positioned at a height that prevents from bending and flexing with heavy parts. The marking station can be ordered as seated or standing operation system.
