The heart of the GS1200 is a super-pulsed 100 watts 3-axis galvo system. The closed casing makes it a laser safety class 2 machine. Create exceptional POP displays, smart packaging and intricate personalized engravings. The SpeedMark laser software is designed specifically for industrial cutting and engraving processes. From data import through graphics processing to generation of barcodes, it covers all steps. Additionally, the SpeedMark user interface can be customized using macros. From simple direct input to fully automated workflows, everything is possible. You can even process variable data from external systems and databases.
Register mark detection allows printed paper to be cut delicately and engraved individually. Printing deviations are detected by the SpeedMark Vision software, and the cutting path is automatically adjusted. No matter whether the distortion is linear or non-linear. The cutting lines always match the printing perfectly.
GS1200: Automated laser system
The GS1200 is an automated solution with a flat pile feeder, automated paper path and sheet stacker. With this laser cutting machine the user can cut paper formats up to B2 with a net speed of more than 1000 sheets per hour. Integration into your existing data management is possible without any problems.
“Floating paper” for a perfect cutting result
The highlight is the patent-pending paper handling in the laser cell, where the paper is fixed and aligned at the edges with clamps. Thus the paper seems to float in the air, resulting in numerous advantages:
- No back-reflection of the laser beam through the support
- The paper always remains equally tensioned and thus in focus – best cutting results
- Offcuts automatically drop down – thus the finished paper is stacked at the end of the process and no further steps (waste removal) are necessary
